This unique holiday property for groups is set in the heart of Catalonia, with breathtaking views in every direction. The whole group, regardless of their age, will be entertained at this historical farmhouse. Refurbished with quality throughout, it is a comfortable home with some good facilities for outdoor living too. Sleeps 22 plus 2 children.

Notes on facilities

There is an additional outdoor hot tub (jacuzzi) in the Tower (annexe).

The Tower (annexe) has its own kitchen with self-catering facilities.

The chimneys work with pellets, no firewood.

There are several WiFi boosters throughout the house.  

The air conditioning units are placed in different areas/rooms of the main house and annexe in order to provide a comfortable temperature throughout. In the annexe, the air conditioning units are also heaters.

Extras

The first load of pellets is included in the price, and other loads are at an additional cost, payable locally.

In cold winter months, the property sitters may light the chimneys for you when needed.

Amenities provided as a courtesy: soap and shampoo.

Regular rubbish collection from the house may be requested at an additional small fee, payable locally.

Notes on layout

Bedroom 1 is exterior.

The twin bedded rooms can be made as double bedded on previous request.

Bedrooms 8 and 9 are linked together, and to get to bedroom 9, you need to go through bedroom 8, so we recommend these two bedrooms to a couple with children.

The utility room with laundry facilities can be accessed from the main house (Masia) and the annexe (Tower).

The house sitters live in a separate house with its own entrance; you have privacy in this Masia.

Overview

This 16th-century Catalan farmhouse was acquired by its current owners in 2021; its purpose is to provide quality accommodation for groups seeking independence with standards similar to those of a 5-star hotel.

It is a spacious historic property with many original features, a place that surprises you with all its original details.

You feel as if you are in a fortress here! The views dominate in all directions, with the Pyrenees as a backdrop and extensive cultivated fields surrounding us: we are in the heart of Catalonia. 

It comprises a 10-bedroom main house (Masía) and a Tower (annexe) with two bedrooms. 

We found the house ideal for extended families or groups of friends of different ages looking for fun and comfort.

Some of the details that surprised us the most were the trenches of the Spanish Civil War, visible outside the farmhouse, and the old library discovered unexpectedly behind a cupboard (in true Harry Potter style)!

We find several rooms, including an elegant main dining room and a top-floor master bedroom with excellent views.

The beds are quality, and there is lots of beautiful, solid, carved wooden furniture.

If you enjoy good movies, the Home Cinema Room is well equipped with a fridge, a large screen and a pretty professional sound.

There is more than one space for outdoor dining, but the stone-vaulted room is our ​favourite spot.

The infinity swimming pool, octagonal in shape, is another original element. Next to the collection, we have the jacuzzi on an old mill wheel next to the pool. The views are tremendous, with impressive sunrises and sunsets.

The medieval tower we access from the main terrace is the one that will allow us to obtain the most impressive views of the Pyrenees.

Although the property does not have as many bedrooms with en suite facilities as we would typically require to be added to our luxury collection, the other exceptional facilities have pushed us to add this fantastic villa to our exclusive portfolio. 

Please note that the property sitters live discreetly in this estate (in a house with their own entrance next to the Tower/annexe); they confirm that the privacy of the guests is strictly respected. This is a spot to enjoy total seclusion!
