- Indoor pool heating from 1st Oct. to end of April, with a supplement of 200€ per week applies. This has to be requested in advance.

Main Villa

The Main Villa is the primary living area with a spacious open, multi-level floor plan.
The kitchen has island seating, a large dining room with glass doors leading onto a covered dining terrace. A sunken living room with ample seating. It has 6 deluxe size bedrooms each with their own furnished terrace and garden views.

The Apartment

The Apartment is located on the pool level below the main villa and has its own separate entrance, but can also be accessed from inside the villa. 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, it features a spacious master bedroom with en suite bath and glass door leading unto the pool garden. The studio bedroom has a kitchen, dining and living area with a spacious bathroom and washer/ dryer laundry.

The Cottage

Overview

Superlatively classic in 5-star style, gloriously rural in its setting, here you have a choice villa among a select few that grace the hills and valley less than half an hour from beaches and top golf courses.

Very private, secure and secluded and set on its own at the end of a well-maintained rural track.

You enter an estate set in sunny hills teeming with oak and cyprus trees with tropical vegetation. Morning glory clambers over bamboo, there are avocado, olive, eucalyptus, a variety of fruit trees and grapes on the vine.

The well maintained gardens are beautiful, centred by palms, agave, and cactus with lush rolling lawns and blooming flora. The sierra glows amber in the evening light.

Mediterranean style architecture with vaulted ceilings adorned with centuries-old wood beams welcome you to the airy, multi-level villa. Glass doors and windows brighten rooms with natural light taking in views of the resort style grounds and striking Andalucían mountains.

The 10 metre octagonal outdoor pool is decked around with sunbeds and an adjoining heated jacuzzi. A covered outdoor kitchen with bar features a gas BBQ, refrigerator and sink. Dining tables and bar seating are shaded by a stately orange tree.

A separate building houses the indoor lap pool with a gym, sauna and shower room.

A short drive away are a variety of excellent restaurants from Classic Spanish to innovative fusion.

The charming Casares village, perched on a promontory has spectacular views of Gibraltar and Africa and a with a lovely mountain walking path.

The sandy beaches of the Mediterranean coast are only 20 minutes away and are dotted with marinas, nightlife and some of the best golf course in Europe. Nearby Finca Cortesin is host to the 2023 Solheim Cup.

The accommodation is extensive and maintains highest standards throughout.

Booking good, villa excellent,location beautiful if you like wildlife.a number of major issues..track to villa instructions were dreadful. Major and potentially dangerous issues with electric gate eg could not get out during powercut. Only 3 keyfobs for 5 families."

Rustical Update

We followed up this feedback and the property managers say that there’s a way to manually open the gates in the event of a power outage, but their maintenance person may have to go there and help with it. They’ve asked him to install something to make it easier. The maintenance person usually comes very quickly if needed, in this case the property manager says that there was a wide power outage from 8:30-11:30am, and their guy was there shortly after 9am.

It is correct they provide 3 gate remotes and there’s also a gate opener in the house by the front door. They say that usually, this is more than enough and it is not common to have 5 groups all going out at different times and doing different things. This amount of coming and going is unusual; however they say they will acquire some spare remotes just in case the need arises again.
