Notes on layout / sleeping arrangements
The double beds on the lower floor bedrooms are 1,35 metres wide and placed against the wall, so we consider them ideal for one adult or child per bed rather than for a couple.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have internal access (a staircase from the ground floor) and also access to the lower-level gardens.

Only up to 1 infant (0-2 years old) is accepted per booking. Additional infants will count towards the capacity of the property.

The pool is open from the beginning of June to the beginning of October.

Late check-out (until 18:00 hrs) is an additional cost when possible.

When the entire property is booked at the up to 2 people rate, the main house only will be available. The upper level with 2 bedrooms will not be available.

A refundable security deposit of 200 euros applies to this property. When you make a booking you authorize for this sum to be held against your card subject to deductions for breakages/damage, unpaid local charges (when applicable) or exceptional cleaning.

The property manager provided some great information on local shops, butchers and markets. We would suggest the experience may be a little differnet during summer vs winter...summer it is perfect for 6 with plenty of excellent outdoor space however in winter or wetter chillier times 2 to four people is best as the outside space is less useable and the inside could feel crowded. We were there in late September and made plenty of use of the outdoor kitchen. In all, highly recommended. One item to be aware of...there are a lot of dogs in the neighbourhood and they can be a bit noisy...we were travelling with our two dacshunds so it did not bother us but very light slepers may be woken at odd times!"
