Summary
If you like boutique village houses with lovely touches, you will probably love this little home. The patio with its heated pool is one of the features that stands out. Another of its attractions is being able to go out for a drink without having to drive. The location will also be a reason for you to wish to spend holidays here; El Gastor is a beautiful white village nestled next to the protected natural area of the Grazalema Natural Park. Sleeps 4 people.

Notes on facilities
The pool heating system is only effective from April to October and subject to outdoor temperatures not being too low. It only allows to extend the normal swimming season by several weeks.

Overview
We find this boutique house at one end of Gastor, a town of quintessential whitewashed houses. We are at the gates of the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park and although here the mountain environment softens slightly, the atmosphere is that of a mountain village, cheerful and picturesque.
The house was restored by a local couple in 2020 for year-round rural accommodation. The result has been amazing. It has great qualities and during our visit we found everything in perfect condition and the decoration, very attractive and unique!
One of the keys to the success of this rural house is its small, bijou pool. It is heated for part of the year, so you can extend the bathing season and although the pool is only 4 meters long, we think you will find it very intimate and appealing.
The patio/terrace with its awning, outdoor furniture and barbecue is all handy and practical being next to the dining/living room and kitchen.
During our visit, although we did not park on the same street, we used a very close car park, so despite being in an urban area, access was not complicated at all.
The couple from the town who run the accommodation pay close attention to detail and are very eager to provide a good service.
From the house you can easily access small supermarkets, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy drinks, tapas and larger meals. It is not a very big town, but it provides enough for you not to have to drive every day.
This charming house has already attracted a lot of attention, so booking in advance will be more than necessary.
Location
Whitewashed village in a gentle valley of the Ronda mountains, next to the Natural Park of Grazalema and close to Zahara Lake.
