Notes on layout

Bedroom 7 is adapted to people with reduced mobility; this includes the proper space between doos for normal-size wheelchairs.

Bedrooms 1 and 7 could both be considered master bedrooms. 

All beds except in bedroom 2 can be made into doubles or singles.

You cross a patio from the bedrooms and living area (west wing) to the dining area and kitchen (east wing).

Overview

Here we have a traditional farmhouse in one of the areas with more Andalusian personality than we know, Arcos de la Frontera.

Since 2023 this estate has been offered as a holiday rental for groups, and the beginnings have already been successful thanks to its managers' commitment to providing excellent service to guests.

The owners were looking for something in their renovation and restoration that would satisfy the needs they would miss in their numerous leisure trips worldwide. We found the combination of modernity, which we all expect these days and the character of antiques well balanced.

The result is a house with very comfortable rooms of high standards and all very similar, and although there will be no need to fight for the "best" room, we can consider two of them as "suites". They all have nice views, large showers, and big or even huge beds! Of course, with good bedding and an ideal environment to rest.

The bedroom area, with its beautiful and stylish living room with views, is separated by a courtyard from the kitchen and dining area. The tranquillity and silence in the rooms are pretty guaranteed if there are parts of the group with different habits.

This house is ideal for rest and enjoying in group outdoors thanks to this region's almost infinite presence of the sun. What separates us between the two spaces, i.e. the east wing with bedrooms and living room and the west wing kitchen and dining room, is a cheerful and sunny Andalusian patio with outdoor furniture, which gives entrance to the house. Although this outdoor space already invites relaxation, it is only an appetizer as far as outdoor living spaces await us.

The dining room/kitchen has direct access to the back area of the house with its barbecue and swimming pool, a practical aspect for outdoor dining and the leading transfer between the outdoor dining area and the kitchen.

One of the things we wondered about before visiting this estate in spring 2023 was privacy and whether there were any shared spaces with owners or caretakers of the estate, as the farmhouse itself is an ample built space.

We were pleased to learn that the holiday villa is perfectly defined and that the outdoor barbecue and pool areas are designed so that guests can enjoy excellent privacy.

At one end of the farmhouse, the owners have a part of the house that they use occasionally and always respect the guests' privacy with its own entrance.

The caretaker lives discreetly at another part of the property and again with its own entrance, although he will be available when needed.

Although there are extensive olive groves and even an area with stables and horses, and guests will feel free to walk and explore, they will also have their own well-defined and private outdoor spaces.

Although we will have different great outdoor spaces, the pool and its views are the corner with which we most fell in love.

From here, we can admire the Sierra de Grazalema, and we are close to the road that leads to the charismatic village of Arcos de la Frontera, surprisingly located on a crag.

Welcome to this idyllic setting in the magical province of Cadiz!

5 star- De accomodatie is uitmuntend. Het ligt +/- 10 minuten rijden vanaf het plaatsje Arcos de Frontera. Er zijn 7 geweldige slaapkamers met een grootse woonkamer in 1 vleugel en via de (gedeeltelijk overdekte) patio kom je in de andere vleugel van het huis. Daar is een geweldige overdekte ruimte (om in te spelen voor kinderen) en een grote woonkeuken die voorzien is met alles wat je nodig hebt. En mis je wat...dan wordt dat met spoed geregeld. Het is heerlijk vertoeven op het overdekte terras met BBQ en pizzaoven. Het zwembad en de tuin zijn heerlijk en je kan zelfs gebruik maken van een padelbaan. De hele ruimte om het huis kan/mag je gebruiken en je zit dus als god in "Spanje". De contactpersonen zijn snel met reageren. Kortom: een superhuis op een super locatie. Familie van Dijk"

This holiday property is part of a complex that includes not only spaces designated for common use but also the residences of the owning family and those responsible for maintaining the entire property. The recent construction has been thoughtfully and professionally designed and executed. The spaces are inviting and accurately reflect what is presented in the published information. Miguel, the owner, warmly welcomed us and provided a thorough explanation of everything. My group of friends and I, totaling 14 people, have had delightful days exploring the beautiful region of the province of Cádiz. If our stay has been excellent during these cooler days, I imagine that in more favorable weather, it would be even more enjoyable, allowing us to take advantage of the pool, gardens, paddle tennis court, etc. In conclusion, it's a marvelous place to spend several days in good company, enjoying all possible comforts.
