Notes on layout

Although there are 8 bedrooms, the property is best suited for 10 people or 12 at most. The tables, chairs, and terrace space are not ideal for more than 10-12 people. The lower floor bedrooms are more rustic and better for daytime rest or older children seeking privacy.

Bedroom 8 on the lower level, next to the pool, is accessible only from the outside. It features a small fridge and en suite facilities that can serve as a shared toilet for the pool level.

Room Layout and Furnishings

The rest of the property may not meet everyone's expectations regarding standardization.

The bedrooms are furnished with beds of varying sizes, and there is a noticeable lack of storage space in some bedrooms and bathrooms. Some rooms only have light blinds and lack key elements like shutters to block daylight or adequate bathroom shelving. The furnishings are primarily from Ikea, giving the villa a simple yet acceptable, no-frills style.

Ongoing Improvements

The property is still being improved, and the owners are actively making improvements. This dedication suggests that the villa has great potential and is already becoming a popular choice for groups.

Despite some drawbacks, the positives of this villa are significant, making it a unique and appealing option.

The lower floors still feature the original cellars where local wine was once made, but they are now partially converted into a game room. This area also provides access to the pool terrace, another property highlight.

While the villa is located on a quiet street at the edge of the village, it is surrounded by other houses, offering a wonderful view of the village.
