Notes on facilities

House heating: during the winter months (1st January to 30th April and 01st November to 31st of December) there is a supplementary heating charge (payable locally). Please ask us.

Pool heating system: It is solar and only takes the chill off in shoulder months, which are from April to May and October (assuming temperatures are not too low). This pool heating system is not necessary in summer and is ineffective in winter.

Extras

Four hours of housekeeping five days per week are included (rubbish collection from the kitchen and outdoor communal areas only).

Some vegan toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, shower wash, and body lotion) are also included.

Some kitchen basics are included (to help you get started).

Pre-stocking service is available (if requested in advance and payable locally).

Housekeeping services are available (if requested in advance and payable locally).

Chefs and catering (usually available if requested in advance and payable locally).

Massages, yoga, pilates (usually available if requested in advance and payable locally).

A specific yoga room by the pool is closed but available on request at an additional cost, payable locally.

A separate twin-bedded lotus tent is available from the end of April until October at an additional cost. Please ask us for further information on this.

Main living space; dining area with doors to dining terraces, porch and outdoor kitchen; WC; 2nd lounge.

First floor

Bedroom 1: double bedded room (super king size bed) with en suite facilities (bathtub and walk-in shower) and walk-in dresser; Bedroom 2: twin bedded room with en suite facilities (walk-in shower); Bedroom 3: double bedded room (super king size bed) with en suite facilities (bathtub and walk-in shower) and walk-in dresser.

West Wing (connected internally to the main house or directly across the courtyard)

Bedroom 4: double bedded room with en suite facilities (walk-in shower) and private terrace; Bedroom 5: double bedded room with en suite facilities (walk-in shower) and private terrace; Bedroom 6: double bedded room with doors to courtyard; Bathroom (walk-in shower); Bedroom 7: twin bedded room with en suite facilities (walk-in shower) and doors to courtyard; Bedroom 8: double bedded room with en suite facilities (walk-in shower) and private terrace. Bedroom 9: single bedded room; Bathroom (walk-in shower). Annexed Casita (Bedroom 10): open plan studio with two built-in beds, kitchenette and shower room.

Notes on distribution

Two bedrooms are best for people with reduced mobility, although there are still some outdoor spaces which are located on different levels.

Bedroom 2 is the only bedroom that can only be accesed from outside (from the firsrt floor terrace).

Bedrooms 1 or 3 could be regarded as master bedrooms.

Bedroom 2 can be set up as a double bed if needed but is generally set up as a twin room.

Bedrooms 4, 5, 6 and 8 can be made as twin bedded on previous request.

The Casita (annexe) directly behind the West Wing is ideal to accommodate two teenagers who would prefer a bit more privacy and it is also often used by guests for their nanny and other members of staff.

While this house boasts 10 bedrooms, the maximum capacity permitted is 16 people.

The property sitters/caretakers live in a separate house; they are at hand if needed, but otherwise, your privacy is respected.
