Sinopsis

The property is very beautiful, stylish and spacious. The views from the house are amazing, the tranquility and peace of the place and its surroundings soothing and grounding. We had a lovely week there! Lots and lots to explore: fantastic walks for all capabilities, stunning beaches for safe swimming, tasty local food - what's more to expect from a holiday..."

The booking service was very accurate. Kind staff. The house is very comfortable. The view is amazing. Future visitors should be aware that the nice garden and terraces are all stone. Also, the road from Arriondas is steep and it is too long to walk."

What a sensational Holiday! The Farm House is superbly appointed. Extremely spacious. Spotlessly clean and the furnishings are chic yet functional. The views to the Mountains from the Bedrooms are just breathtaking. Paloma our host was a delight and extremely helpful. When our Motorbike broke down, she lent us her Jeep. Which was so very kind. And ensured we enjoyed our Holiday in the “Piccos” Highly recommend"

We loved our stay at property ref at24. It was so comfortable with stylish interiors, very light airy with amazing views of the Mountains. We really felt at home and the kitchen was very well equipped. The bed was really comfortable too. A perfect location to explore the Picos de Europa and beaches and the natural paradise which Asturias provides. Paloma was friendly and helpful, suggesting areas to visit and on hand should we need her. We would love to go back again soon. Also the service received from Rustical Travel has been perfect from start to finish. Your website shows beautiful clear photos of all the properties and your response to initial booking and subsequent communication has been prompt informative. Thank you! Luci Pablo"

My family I (2 teenage sons and husband!) had an absolutely fabulous week's stay in this cottage. The house was immaculate and provided an idyllic view of the Picos. The owners, Paloma Kiko were very friendly and treated us to breakfast in their Arriondas hotel. Despite having plans to drive further afield, we ended up staying 'local', eating in Arriondas and going to the beach at Vega. We recommend the nearby bar/restaurant 'Uncal' - the food was excellent! As usual, Rustical Travel provided us with a typically Spanish retreat - no-one spoke English and it was wonderful to mix with the locals and see virtually no tourists. We look forward to booking again very soon."

The house is very comfortable with great views of the mountains. The rural setting is ideal for observing wildlife and we watched buzzards and kites every day from the house. The owners were very helpful when a few problem arose with the heating and water. We would certainly consider staying here again as it is convenient for the mountains and the coast."

A second wonderful stay at this amazing house. It was just as good as we remembered: the cottage itself is super-comfortable, pretty and well-maintained, lacking nothing that we needed. The views from both bedrooms and the two terraces are thrilling, especially early in the morning as the mist rises on the hills. The countryside is delightful: tiny villages, hills, forests; but it's very easy to get to proper mountains and gorges only a little further afield. We spent a couple of days exploring the Ponga valley. Great beaches too and we were lucky with the weather. Paloma, the owner, and her family recommended some excellent places to eat out plus her own favourite beaches and walks. Thank you again Paloma and Kiko!"

We loved this house. It was beautifully furnished and decorated. All applicances were useful and it was good that Wifi has now been installed. you might want to update the instructions on this. Also when something went wrong with the water - both the owner and Rustical Travel were very quick to help out - always a good sign. One small point - some outdoor table and chairs would be nice. We would definitely use RT again."

We have updated the property information to include the WiFi.

Its hard to see how a holiday could have been any better. Beautiful Spain and a super home from home. The cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Picos . with views from every window of the mountains. Arriondas is 10 minutes away with all the facilities you could need. The owners were lovely. and made us so welcome in there holiday home . Would we come again to this part of Spain ? Most definitely yes. Our holiday was exceptional. Regards Stephen"

The house itself was lovely and light and well equipped with great views. Very warm with the underfloor heating! The friendly owner provided a nice welcome breakfast at her hotel during which she provided useful information regarding the surrounding area. There is also now free wifi at the house which came in very useful when deciding as to what to do during a prolonged spell of inclement weather-this unfortunately prevented us from doing a lot of what we had anticipated, but nobody can control the weather! Arriondas itself was not one of our favourite places but it was a good base from which to travel to other areas."

We had a wonderful and memorable stay! The cottage was very comfortable and the views were stunning at all times of day. Nearly everything we could possibly have needed was there, except for a DVD player which would have been good. Also we couldn't understand the jacuzzi manufacturer's instructions and so did not use it. Clear instructions would be appreciated. Paloma was kindness itself and gave us lots of reallt helpful recommendations for places to visit. One thing that was lacking was a list of numbers/ addresses in case of emergency; we would not have known how to describe the location if there had been an accident, as there was no indication of the cottage address anywhere. Thank you for a fabulous holiday!"

Sorry for the delay in replying to your request. AT24 far exceeded our expectations in relation to comfort and of course the views from the property all be it that the weather was not to kind. The house was one of the best we have used in relation to equipment and facilities and I would fully recommend it to others. The owner (so sorry have forgotten her name) could not have been more helpful in spending time and patience to explain the area and routes to gain full enjoyment of such a beautiful part of Spain.....with a free breakfast thrown in to boot!!!. Your prior holiday literature, communication, and directions was first class and again we would recommend your excellent company to others. We will of course be looking to contact your company again to book another property in the very near future. Thanks again."

We've visited Asturias many times over the years and this place definitely stands out. First: the location is amazing, we did loads of walks straight from the door or by driving very short distances. The countryside is beautiful, proper farming country against fabulous mountain and hill backdrops. And you've got the coast nearby as well - best of all worlds. Second, the house is very comfortable, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully equipped. The terrace has fabulous views across fields to mountains, we could have spent all the time there. Third, the owner, who lives in town nearby, is wonderfully helpful about the area. We could not fault the house and would definitely return. Rustical's local info is top-notch too. Susannah"

What a fabulous place AT24 is. Beautifully set out and with views to die for. This was the first time I have stayed in a property where I have no little things I could ask for that was better. The manager is in the town and provided us with a welcome breakfast and details of the best places to go. The town is great for chilling out in the evening after busy active days. Rustical's pre travel information was excellant,"

Beautiful, peaceful and convenient cottage with wonderful views across to the Picos de Europa. The cottage is furnished to a very high standard and has everything that you need for a relaxing stay. We spent most days on the beach (30mins) and had a barbecue in the evening the restaurants in Arriondas were very good as was the town of Ribadesella and Canas de Onis. Also available locally is canoeing and walks from the house as well as excursions to the mountains. Highly recommended to explore this wonderful region of unspoiled Spain hosted by Paloma and Kiko the local hotel owners who were very helpful in guiding us to the best attractions."

We loved the Asturias area and the village of Arriondas and the experience was made all the better because the holiday cottage was absolutely wonderful. We have been in many holiday cottages over the years and I can say that this was the best of the lot. The accommodation and the location of the property was fantastic. We were able to visit little fishing ports along the coast as well as amazing beaches. The mountain views are stunning from the property setting. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.
