Browse our website at your leisure and contact us with the property you are interested in and the dates. Each property is clearly described with photographs and has a booking calendar which is updated regularly. We will get back to you promptly to confirm availability.
Or tell us what you are looking for and we will make recommendations based on our personal knowledge of all the properties and areas.

B. Place a hold
You can simply contact us directly to book a property.
Alternatively, you can request a hold on it.
We understand that many people need to make travel arrangements before confirming their booking.
Placing a hold on the property secures it for you while you do this.
Please note that the hold is not operative until we have confirmed it to you by email.
C. Confirm the booking
Once you have decided that you wish to confirm, you can book by email or phone. We will need to know:
• Your name • Number of people (with ages of children, if any) • Your postal address • A contact telephone number • Any special requirements
A 25% deposit of the rental price is required to confirm the booking, unless the holiday start date is within 4 weeks, in which case the total value of the booking is due.
There are 3 ways to pay:
1. By credit card on our secure server
We send you a unique link that identifies you as the client and you simply enter card details.
2. By giving credit card details over the phone

3. By bank transfer
To our current account in Spain. Please ask us for bank details and send a copy of the bank transfer by email or fax (+34) 91 332 50 43
Please let us know which method you have chosen so that we can identify your payment and confirm the booking to you without delay.
On payment of deposit, you will receive a booking confirmation by email, as well as directions to your holiday property and any local information we think you might appreciate.
The Booking Confirmation will show the price, the amount you have paid, the balance and the date it is due. If you prefer, we will fax or post your holiday documents.
The balance of the holiday booking is due 28 days before the holiday begins.
